Property Manager

To strengthen our team, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record in managing properties in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative and operational management of a real estate portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, suppliers, and external professionals. This position requires autonomy, precision, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the Swiss real estate market.

Main activities and responsibilities

The selected person will be mainly responsible for:

  • Administrative and operational management of a real estate portfolio
  • Management of relationships with owners, tenants, and suppliers
  • Drafting and management of lease agreements
  • Organization of tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Coordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions
  • Request and evaluation of quotes
  • Management of insurance policies and claims
  • Coordination with artisans, companies, and external professionals
  • Management of correspondence with clients, authorities, and partners
  • Collaboration with the Management to ensure efficient management of the real estate portfolio

  • Experience in real estate management in Switzerland
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Good interpersonal and mediation skills
  • Precision, reliability, and a sense of responsibility

The following are also required:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with real estate management software

The following is considered an added value:

  • Good knowledge of the German language (written and spoken)
